An Evening with Innsworth Military Wives Choir,

Welcome to the website of pianist and musician James Quinn.

We are hugely proud of James who gave his recital on 23rd of March where he was joined with Special Guest Soloists, in the form of Tenor Ralph Barnes, Sopranos Danielle Peters and Kathryn Jeffree and his former Piano Teacher Linda Parsons.

It was quite a memorable night which made an incredible £920 which was divided equally between the two charities that James choose, which were Gloucester City Mission and the Gloucester Cathedral Organ Restoration Fund. It certainly finished with style where James played the solo piano arrangement of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, which resulted in a very deserved standing ovation.

We hope to have the recording of this up soon, and James is definitely hoping to plan another for next year with more soloists, so watch this space!

James enjoyed his time at the Chethams International Piano Summer School, where he studied with John Lenehan, Ben Frith and Peter Donohoe. He also gave a recital and made a recording, which we hope to have up very soon.

James will be accompanying for the first concert of the year with the Innsworth Military Wives Choir, at St.George's Church in the Tuffley area of Gloucester
