James has a DBS check and is a member of the Independent Society of Musicians.

He teaches from Grade 1 to Grade 8 level and has a high Pass rate which includes recent successes at Pass with Distinction and Merit in Piano and Distinction in Music Theory.

He teaches at his home in Longlevens, Gloucester on both a Yamaha electric clavinova for younger beginners, and his new Steinburg baby grand piano and is always looking for students who are interested in undertaking lessons for preparation for Piano Grade Exams.

You can contact James to discuss formal piano lessons and or music theory tuition. With over a decade of teaching experience, he is also a registered accompanist with the Gloucestershire Music Service and the Cheltenham Vocal Academy.

The price of an individual 30 minute lesson is now £15, which you can do on a "Pay as you Play" basis!
